What we cannot answer yet
Before you write: we cannot tell you what individual homes sold for, or what they rent for today. The NSW datasets that hold those are licensed for non-commercial use. We asked the Valuer General on 23 September 2026 whether that can change, and it answered on 24 September 2026: commercial use requires a paid licence, which we do not hold, and its licensing is under review. Everything else below, we can talk about.
